The 2000 is a blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet.The wine has an intense ruby color,with complex aromas of plums and blackcurrants held together with a background of earth and spice.With flavors of licorice, mint, blackcurrants and vanilian oak.The wine aged for ten months in French and American oak,then further aged for 1 year in the bottle.
