This light sparkling wine get's its beautiful salmon color from a short skin contact. A floral bouquet comes from a cold vinification and remains on a fresh made strawberry jam. Well-rounded with creamy compounds in taste there is a good harmony between slight sweetness and the spicy acid. Ideal as an aperitif.
Food recommendations: To finger-food, Asian cuisine, appetizers, with salads, all kind of seafood.
