The Mandu Chardonnay is made in a full, mouth filling style. It is fermented cool in stainless steel tanks, with a portion fermented with new French oak. The wine is stirred on its lees to give creaminess and mid-palate weight. This wine displays ripe peach and melon aromas with a fruity palate and just a hint of vanillin oak.
