From the winery: VINES FROM: our vineyards in Frascati. GRAPES: Malvasia Bianca of Candia 35%, Malvasia of Lazio 35%, Bombino 30% VINIFICATION: "in bianco" (without the skins) at controlled temperature. MATURING: in stainless steel tanks. COLOUR: straw-yellow, more or less intense. AROMA: vinous with a characteristic delicate fruity perfume. FLAVOUR: flavourfull, soft, delicate, velvety. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% by vol. FOOD OR COURSE: traditional fish or meat-based first courses, second courses of simply cooked fish and white meat; excellent with unmatured cheeses.
